How to hire


Just a few simple steps...

  1. Browse our party options and decide which package you would like to add to your booking request.

  2. Submit your booking request and we will be in touch within 48hrs to advise you of stock availability and provide you with a no obligation quote.

  3. If you are happy and would like to proceed with your booking it is time to secure your date and hire items with a 20% non refundable deposit.

  4. The final balance payment reminder will be sent to you via email 7 days before the event during which time we will arrange with you a suitable time for delivery.

  5. We arrive at the pre arranged time with your goodies and a member of our styling squad will be there on the day to arrange and style the items you have hired.

  6. We return to collect the hire items and begin our damage checks. Providing the items are returned to us in the same condition in which they were delivered we will return to you your damages deposit via bank transfer within 48hrs of the event.

  7. The stringent cleaning process begins in preparation for the next wonderful customer to enjoy!
